Lawrence Edward Mobley

Lawrence Edward Mobley (Larry) was born Feb. 22, 1926, and passed away at Parkway Village on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014.
Born in Traskwood, Lawrence was the son of the late Alma Elmore and William Lawrence Mobley.
A longtime resident of Little Rock, Lawrence graduated from Little Rock High School in 1944. After graduation, he entered the U.S. Air Corps and served for two years. He then enlisted in the Reserves until he was honorably discharged in 1952.

Mary Frances Mullane

Mary Frances Mullane, 72, of Benton, passed away Sep. 14, 2014.
She was born Nov. 22, 1941, in East St. Louis, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marie Couch Mullane; a brother, Paul Mullane; and sisters, Jeanne and Catherine Mullane.
Survivors include a sister, Patricia Swengross and husband George of Fairview Heights, Ill.
Cremation was through Ashby Funeral Home.
A memorial service may be held at a later date.

Patsy Ann Babbitt

Patsy Ann Babbitt, 73 of Benton passed away Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014.
Born Oct. 3, 1940 she was the daughter of the late William and Thelma Hester.
She attended Benton High School and was a longtime employee of Union Bank of Benton.
She loved to cook and garden but most of all she loved taking care of her family.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Paul Thomas Babbitt; a daughter, Paula Babbitt-Nagy (Keith); a son, Paul A. (Tony) Babbitt (Rasha); and grandchildren, Paul Thomas Babbitt, Tate Nagy, Ryan Nagy and Alexa Smith.
