Alice Estella Thomas

Alice Estella Thomas of Alexander went to live with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 5.
She was a faithful employee and extended family member of Schroeder’s Antiques for more than 50 years. After retiring, she was employed at Good Shepherd Ecumenical Retirement Center for 12 years. She will be deeply missed by all of her family, friends and her extended family at the “Cove.”
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, three brothers, and one son, Raymond Williams Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Curtis L. Thomas; two sisters, Evangeline Higgins and Bobbie Gooding of Alexander; one brother, Otis Crawford of Jacksonville; two grandchildren; a devoted granddaughter/caregiver, Marie Williams of Alexander; a grandson, Raymond Williams Jr. of Little Rock; a great-grandson, Darrion Franklin of Alexander; and many relatives and friends.
Family hour will be held Friday, Dec. 9, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., and home going service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, 300 N. Cedar, Alexander.
