Charles Wayne Clay

Charles Wayne Clay, 70, a resident of the Salem community. died May 9, 2014. Wayne was born Dec. 27, 1943, to the late Jimmy E. and Elsie Faye Clay. Wayne served in the health-care profession as an LPTN for 42 years at the Benton Services Center. He retired after 12 years with hospice.
Also preceding him in death was his brother, Gary Don Clay.
He is survived by a sister, Sue Mueller of Saukville, Wis.; and two brothers, Jim (Carolyn) Clay of Subiaco and Richard (Joann) Clay of Searcy; two aunts, Ruth Lovell of Benton and Ina Clay of Lonsdale; and many caring and loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials for Wayne may be made to a favorite charity.
