Cleadus Wilson 'Smokey' Turbyfill III

Cleadus Wilson “Smokey” Turbyfill III, 67, a resident of Paron, died Thursday, Nov. 29.  He was retired after 30 years at Alcoa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Cleadus Turbyfill II. 
Mr. Turbyfill is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patsy Taylor Turbyfill; a son, Steven Turbyfill; a daughter, Stephanie Brooks and husband Matt; two grandsons, Blake and Jared Brooks; a daughter, Danielle Turbyfill; a brother, Forrest Turbyfill and wife Shawna; and a sister, Iris Michelle Brown.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Bolin Cemetery in Paron with the Rev. Dennis Gage officiating. Burial will follow.
