James Ronald Medlin, 55, of Benton passed away Jan.15. He was born April 17, 1957 in Benton to the late James and Marie Woodall Medlin.Â
James was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Deborah Hawley.
He is survived by his son, James Christopher Medlin; daughters Rachelle and Amanda Medlin; sisters Lois Richardson and Angela Strand; and four grandchildren.
Graveside service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at Fairplay Cemetery, with Rev. Richard Barnett officiating. Arrangements are by Ashby Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Jan. 18, at Ashby's.
