J.S. Frazier

J.S. Frazier, 70, passed away on Feb. 7. He was born in Little Rock on Jan. 2, 1942, to Sandy Coke and Vera Alice (Smith) Frazier.
He was preceded in death by his parents. 
J.S. is survived by his spousal equivalent. Barb Rieben of Benton; his children, Mark Sandy Frazier of Oxnard, Calif., and Janice Kaye Winters and spouse Todd of Horn Lake, Miss.; his children's mother, Sharon Frazier; one sister, Dorothy Woodall and husband Ray of Montgomery, Texas; his granddaughters, Ashley Winters and Katie Walls; one nephew, Scot Woodall and wife Colleen of Golden, Colo.; and one niece, Sharon Hewitt and husband Stan of Slidell, La.; and several cousins and friends, all who loved him greatly and will always cherish his memory.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, in Peaceful Haven Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive guests for one hour prior to service time.
The family has requested that memorials be made to Calvary Baptist Church, the American Diabetes Foundation, or to a charity of choice.
