Owen Milton Rylie, 53, of Malvern, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013. 
He was born Sept. 24, 1960, in Benton. Mr. Rylie was a roofer and of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen Lewis Rylie and Ruby Lee Rylie; his sisters, Betty Sanders and Carolyn Rylie; and his brother, Archie Rylie.
He is survived by his wife, Terry Lynn Smith of Malvern; son, Billy Joe Laster of Benton; two daughters, Penny Rylie of Malvern and Shelly Bradshaw of Benton; four brothers, William Rylie of Benton, Charles Rylie of Sheridan, Gerald Rylie of Roe and Ronnie Rylie of Benton; seven sisters, Bonnie Rylie of Traskwood, Doris Tarvin of Paron, Barbara McKenny of Little Rock, Nelda Maher of Little Rock, Mamie Rylie of Benton, Sandra Rylie of Benton and Joyce Thornberry of Benton; two grandchildren, Hank Stewart and Jacob Jett; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at Ashby Funeral Home. Burial will be at Old Union Cemetery. 
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 31 at Ashby Funeral Home.
