Pauline Harris Tittle

Pauline Harris Tittle, 90, of Benton, passed away Friday, September 13, 2013.  She was born August 25, 1923 in Benton.  Mrs. Tittle retired as the Assessor of Saline County in 1982.  She was a member of Kentucky Missionary Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star and Past Worthy Matron. 
Mrs. Tittle was preceded in death by her parents, Arlie W. and Eula C. Harris; her husband, J. B. Tittle and three brothers, Horace Wilton Harris, Thurman O. Harris and Kenneth L. Harris
She is survived by her son, Larry Tittle and wife Myra of Benton; daughter, Linda Westbrook of Benton; four grandsons, Justin Tittle, Bryson Tittle and wife Trudy, Clint Tittle and wife Sarah and Major Jeffery Lance Westbrook and wife Tyler and six great-grandchildren, Larken, Madison, Brett, Maddy, Carter and Ella; sister, Melba June Vinyard and three sister-in-laws, Melba Harris, Joyce Turner and Lavada Tittle.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, September 16 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Gravel Hill Cemetery. Bro. Donny Haynes will be officiating 
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, September 15 at Ashby Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kentucky Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
