Raymond (Bud) Ward Westbrook Jr.

Raymond (Bud) Ward Westbrook Jr., 62, of Tull passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27.  He was born Sept. 17, 1950, in Little Rock to the late Raymond Ward Westbrook Sr. and Dorothy Jean Brashears Westbrook.
Mr. Westbrook worked for International Paper for 29 years and was a member of Saline Missionary Baptist Church.  He started the Tull Fire Department where he served as chief for 17 years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Nina Westbrook; a son, Joel Westbrook and wife Terah of Tull; a grandson, Cody Westbrook of Tull; a brother, Bruce Westbrook of Benton; and a sister, Linda Rai Smith of Little Rock.
Funeral service is set for 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Ashby Funeral Home with the Rev. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery.
Visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 at Ashby Funeral Home.
