Robert ‘Butch’ Hawkland

Robert “Butch” Hawkland, 71, of Benton passed away April 19, 2011. 
He was born Aug. 21, 1939, in Pennock, Minn., to the late James and Mary (Hansen) Hawkland.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include two sons, Donnie and Tony Hawkland, both of Grand Prairie, Texas; four grandchildren, Mindy, Travis, Kristy and Eric; one brother, Donald Hawkland of Minneapolis, Minn.; two sisters, Maxine Massey of Omaha, Neb., and Dorothy Smith of Avilla; nieces and nephews; and his adopted family at Arkansas Health Center.  
Memorial service is planned for a later date at Arkansas Health Center Chapel.
