Thomas 'Tommy' Edward Chandler

Thomas “Tommy” Edward Chandler, 80, of Lonsdale, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6.  He was born Oct. 12, 1931 in Tahoka, Texas, to the late Clive and Hazel Chandler.
He was a member of Ten Mile Missionary Baptist Church, a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 34 of Benton and an Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Strickland and Betty Graves; and one brother, Elwayne Chandler.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Shirley Chandler; two daughters, Rhonda Henley and husband Jack of Lonsdale and Rita Crow and husband John of Benton; one son, Bryan Chandler of Lonsdale; five grandchildren, Melissa Robertson and husband Mark, Candace Chandler, David Crow, Dillon Chandler and Cody Henley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. 
The family asks that memorials be made to Ten Mile Family Life Center; 17511 Church Road, Benton, AR 72015.
