
Willis Wayne Felton, 76, of Bryant passed away Feb. 1. He was born Dec. 6, 1936, in Carter, Okla., to the late Willis Felton and Lois Mikles.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Bryant.
Wayne was a retired medical technician for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. After retiring, he started his own backflow system inspection business. He was a member of Gorman Hunting Club, enjoyed spending time with friends and family on Lake Ouachita, and was a longtime fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks, Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR, as well as a hot rod enthusiast.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Ellis McClain.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debby Felton of Bryant; his mother-in-law, Carra Jo Toler of Bryant; a daughter, Tammy Shaw and husband Chris of Benton; a son, Nathan Felton and wife Andra of Bryant; a sister, Linda Driscoll and husband Bob of Owasso, Okla.; grandchildren, Jana and Clint Standfill, Chase and Christen Shaw, Aidan Shaw, Kelsey and Alex Coning, Mika Felton, Will Felton and Ford Felton; great-grandchildren, Layla Standfill and Mikayla Coning; and a many special nieces and nephews, including Brett Driscoll and wife Gina, Libbie Gelvin, as well as Hollie Moore and husband Chris.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Home with the Rev. Hammett Evans officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery.
Visitation is set from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb., 4 at the funeral home.
